In this year’s “ISG Provider Lens™ 2022 – AWS Ecosystem Partners” research study, kreuzwerker has been named a Rising Star for AWS consulting in Germany and also named a product challenger in “AWS Managed Services”, “AWS Data Analytics and Machine Learning” as well as “AWS Migration Services”!
The ISG (Information Services Group) is a leading global technology research and advisory firm. The ISG Provider Lens™ Quadrant research series is the only service provider evaluation of its kind to combine empirical, data-driven research and market analysis with the real-world experience and observations of ISG’s global advisory team.
The ISG Provider Lens™ 2022 – AWS Ecosystem Partners research study analyzes the relevant software vendors/service providers in the German market based on a multi-phased research and analysis process, and positions these providers based on the ISG Research methodology.
As a leading hyper-scaler, Amazon Web Services (AWS) benefits from the growing cloud-native market in Germany. The use of cloud-native solutions is growing in this country, enabling the development and execution of scalable applications in cloud environments. According to a study conducted for the second time in 2022 by ISG for the EuroCloud Native association, 27 percent of cloud users and planners at organizations with 50 or more employees in Germany are already using cloud-native solutions (compared to 22 percent in 2021); a further 19 percent plan to do so within the next 12 months. Only 8 percent are not considering cloud-native solutions. For AWS partners in Germany, these are ideal conditions for expanding their business
“kreuzwerker’s dynamic development, strong understanding of compliance and regulatory issues, as well as its understanding of medium-sized companies make it a Rising Star for AWS consulting,” explains Frank Heuer, principal analyst and lead author of the study.
Flexibility and cost advantages in cloud solutions have resulted in the growing adoption of this delivery model for IT applications and infrastructures in recent years. The market penetration of cloud-based offerings has been accelerating as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and owing to their advantages and enterprise requirements. For example, moving many employees to home offices at very short notice was only possible with the help of cloud-based collaboration solutions. Furthermore, the additional inflationary cost pressure due to the pandemic forced many companies to change their IT landscape to an on-demand and cost-flexible architecture.
“We are extremely proud to be recognized as a Rising Star for AWS consulting in Germany in the ISG Provider Lens™ AWS Ecosystem Partners report,” says Daniel Meisen, co-CEO of kreuzwerker. “This once more underlines how well we have positioned kreuzwerker in the competitive landscape of Cloud native consulting, development and Managed Services. We are more than happy that a renowned research institution such as ISG validates our vision and mission.”
